I need help with claiming my award

Locate the code delivery email in your inbox. You should be able to find the email by searching for "no-reply@rewards.online". Once you locate the email, click the button that says "Click Here". A browser window will pop up and ask for a PIN number. The PIN is a six digit number that can be found above the "Click Here" button on your email. Once you enter the PIN, you will be taken to your award.

What if I didn’t get the email?

If you believe that you should have received an email with a code, please contact our support department by sending an email to support@rewards.online. Please include your name and the email address that the code should have been delivered to.

I already claimed my award, and I want to go back and view it again

You can always use the email that was sent to you to view your award at any time. Just open the email that you received when you first claimed your award and follow the steps to claim the award again. You will be presented with the award information. If you have already deleted the delivery email or cannot locate it, we can send you another copy of the email. Please contact our support department by sending an email to support@rewards.online. Please include your name and the email address that the code should have been delivered to.
